I can’t update my password. I am logged in with a snappy login link, but can’t update my password on my account page. #
Your account on the new dashboard is not connected to our previous platform. So you don’t have a password until you set one for this new dashboard. You will need to reset your password by using the “forgot password” link on the login page. Remember to always use the same email address you’re signed up with when you do.

It’s possible your password is weak and the software will not allow it in order to prevent your account and our site from being hacked.
Your password should include a mix of upper and lower case and characters and be at least 10 characters long.
